The British Embassy , Reykjavik University in cooperation with British Icelandic Chamber of Commerce and SI - the Federation of Icelandic Industries are pleased to invite you to join us for a workshop bringing together leaders from high tech and creative industries in the UK.  The title of the workshop is creating Smart Solutions for Better Living and the event will take place on Wednesday 28October 17.15 – 18.15 at Reykjavik University, Room V120

 The British Minister for Culture and the Digital Economy Ed Vaizey will host the workshop which will explore how British cutting edge technology solutions are improving peoples’ lives in the digital economy. You will learn how successful British start-ups have introduced new technologies and innovative solutions in the context of a rapidly expanding market for digital and creative services. How to succeed in a digital economy? How government can help to foster good ideas and encourage them to prosper?
